The aims and objectives of ‘Chiron Sports & Media’ is to establish an agency and subsequent services, support and facilities for professional sportspeople and upcoming sporting talent to achieve the most from not just their immediate sporting career but their long term career and life both inside and outside of the sporting arena.

The main focus in establishing Chiron Sports & Media was to develop a sports agency with a difference - to be ethical.
Some may argue that there is no place for sports agents, whatsoever - but does that mean to say there isnt a place for so many other professional careers and occupations. Just as an example some may question the role and place of a sports coach or manager .... "surely the sports person knows what they have to do", and they go out there and 'just do it'.

Rather like a sports coach or manager, the sports agent should 'in essence' share a similar role as a mentor, coach, guide, friend and advisor away from sporting competition. They should be working in tandem not only with their client (the sportsperson) but also with the coach, manager and employer, as surely they all have the same goal(s) - SPORTING SUCCESS, SPORTING EXCELLENCE and SPORTING ACHIEVEMENT.
.Working in the interests the client, and facilitating 3rd party interests, Chiron have established a sporting industry profile that is not perceived as a ‘necessary evil’, but as a ‘necessary benefit’ providing service, support and advice.
Many people may draw the immediate conclusion that a lot of the influences behind Chiron were drawn from the film Jerry Macguire, and we would be lying if we said the film had no influence whatsoever. Indeed the film has al lot of messages that do hold true with Chiron Sports approach to sports representation, however the overall ethos and identity behind Chiron Sports comes from various sources, influences, sport experience and business experience.
