Education and Off Field Development Can Assist in Developing a Sporting Career Further
It may well be questioned the validity and need for education and development away from the sporting arena for a sporting professional, however this is important to the life planning for the sportsperson and their competitive performance.
In partnership with several professional support associates, Chiron are able to assist sporting clients in the further development of their skill and performance levels, either in terms of performance or future life planning.
This education and training may be via bespoke educational courses and classes for a future career (e.g. journalism, media, teaching, finance), the optimisation of the current sporting abilities (e.g. performance, nutrition, psychology), or even basic awareness courses to make better decisions during and after their career (e.g. finance, investment, time management, goal-setting).
The aim of this training is not only to help get the most out of the clients sporting performance in the sporting arena and plan for life after sport - but also to develop the overall value of the sporting professional.
Chiron are currently working with several highly respected associates on courses to benefit Chiron clients. Chiron clients, and members of several professional sporting bodies (e.g. PFA, PGA) will receive significant reductions, subsidies and benefits on these courses, and if places are available, they are open to external sporting professional’s on the proviso that they meet the pre-requisites for the course.
Please note however that these courses are focussed as much as possible to the requirements, experience and background of those attending, and as such can be of great benefit to various sportspeople - irrelevant of sport, experience, level, age, sex and ability.
